- Preparation of CCA calendar for the new academic year., House wise distribution of duties
- Include all new activities as and when given by KVS.
- Formation of a core chore group and ensure the morning assembly conducted in good manner
- All items of morning assembly should be well planned
- During morning assembly all instruments should be placed at one corner of stage not behind the stage and choir group should be at the center of the stage.
- Month wise birthday calendar of all students and employees will be prepared and shared on the display board of the school for that month.
- Green fine and plantation on birthdays should be done on regular basis
