- The School Policy for the provision of safe drinking water; clean and adequate sanitation facilities and waste management is in place
- Provision of menstrual hygiene management facilities like proper disposal facilities for menstrual waste, including a incinerator and dust bins.
- Washroom/toilet doors have child friendly latch.
- Toilet(s) for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) with necessary provisions is available. Provision of Sanitary Pad dispenser in girls’ toilets.
- Visuals depicting key hygiene messages and use of water conserving techniques are available in all the toilets, hand washing areas and water drinking places.
- Cleanliness area is to be divided amongst staff and it should be monitored on daily basis for cleanliness of campus
- Water safety certificate should be monitored and cleanliness of water tank should be done regularly
